Physical Fitness Program for June Shannon from “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” show

June Shannon is from Mclntyre, Georgia. She is a mother of four children. All of her four children had different fathers, but all of her four daughters live with June Shannon. One of her daughter name Alana Thompson is a child beauty pageant. She is proud of her daughter Alana Thompson, another name for Alana is Honey Boo Boo. June was never married to any of her child’s fathers. As of right now she has been in a relationship with Mike Thompson, but not married to him yet. June is a woman who weights a little over 300 pounds. She is basically obese, need to lose a lot of weight and eat healthier. By the influence of their mother June, the four children seem to be overweight or obese too. The family survives on junk food every day. June loves to collect coupons, especially the candy bar coupons. They spend money on cheap candy bars instead of buying some healthy produce. When she cooks for her family, she uses so much butter and ketchup on the foods. Both her family and she need to eat more unsaturated fat and less saturated fat. She needs to change her habit of diet and her families too. June Shannon is an obese woman. First she needs to change her diet; she needs to cut down the caloric intake she eats every day and avoid eating junk food, such as corn chips, chocolates cakes and many others. Instead of eating junk food, replace it with fresh fruits and veggies. She can choose her favorite fruits and veggies. By doing that her carbohydrates intake can decrease, which limit the refined processed carbohydrates from her every day food. Refined processed carbohydrates can cause weight gain, obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes and other diseases. Refined processed carbohydrates are breads, cookies, desserts, basically all processed sugary foods and etc. Low carbohydrate diet can change her calories and her sugar burning to a fat burning metabolism.
