Relaxing helps you lose weight
When diet and exercise go well, thank you, but if the pointer of the balance insists climb, the blame can be stress. Or better: a gene that, in moments of nervousness, responds by releasing protein urocortin 3, which increases cravings for sweet and fatty foods, and changes the way the body uses insulin, a hormone essential in the transformation of sugar energy.
The discovery is of Israeli scientists and shows the relationship between stress and anxiety with obesity and diabetes. Conclusion: look for activities that leave you calmer (working out, listening to music, dancing, dating …) is also a way to get thinner and healthier.

Acupuncture to prevent injuries
"The philosophy of acupuncture has always been focused on prevention," the sports physician and expert in this ancient technique Daniel Gentil, Federal University of São Paulo. That's because the needles act in functional causes, the inflammation, swelling, muscle shortening and small spills in the muscles which, if not controlled, cause injury or at least aggravate existing one. In fact, most of the frames comes from old problems poorly rehabilitated.
The needles protect us for a number of reasons. They relax the muscles, facilitates blood circulation, control inflammatory processes and bring a pleasant feeling by promoting the release of endorphins.
In Brazil I do acupuncture twice a week, I really believe in that kind of treatment, my tendinitis in my arm of playing tennis only get better after my acupuncture section, if I stay out of town for more than 3 weeks I can lucidity notice the difference, and it is a big difference without acupuncture in my lifestyle
