EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Fashion Bag industry has reached the peaks of popularity over the last few years. So much so that it has turned out to be a multi million peso industry and is now recognized as a full fledged branch of fashion just like clothing and shoes.

MUSA COLLEZIONE is the conceptualized name of the business. It caters working women ages 24 to 44 years old residing in Quezon City. With its design and quality, our product will surely give a satisfaction in every woman’s need.

MUSA COLLEZIONE is a new brand of bag collections that will elevate the trend of native bags. From the typical native bags made from Sasa (Palm Tree Leaves) and Abaca, Musa Collezione offers new products made from Banana trunk and stem.

The name of the business was derived from the Scientific Name of Banana, “Musa Acuminata”.

GENERAL COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Musa Collezione will focus on providing innovative products made up of banana trunk and stem. Our company offers fashionable bag collections with elegant style that every woman will love. Concept of the business involves creating new high fashion product line in affordable prices for ladies that will boosts their confidence, self-esteem and sense of fashion and style. We value every woman that is why we offer product that every woman will surely love.

The company will target every woman who loves fashion and style. Every woman wants to be unique and in line with that preference, each product collection that Musa offers will have limited numbers only to maintain its uniqueness and to get the satisfaction of every costumer.

Musa Collezione will primarily target all the ladies ages from 20 – 44 years old in Quezon City who are looking for:

• Unique yet affordable lady’s bags;

• High quality and high fashion products; and

• Something new in the market

MISSION:

To provide high quality, high fashion, unique, and world class products for every woman to satisfy their needs in terms of fashion and style.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

To elevate the fashion trend in the country with our elegant and innovative native bag products and to establish a name in the world of fashion inside and outside the pacific.

To become profitable within the first five years in the market.

BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY:

Our ability to provide innovative products is the emphasis of our business.

Our love for fashion and how we value every woman give us the encouragement and inspiration to create and offer high quality products to satisfy our costumers.

Our love and devotion in our country give us the idea to use our own natural resources as our main material in creating our products.
