Introduction
Cash flow and break-even are two factors quite important in a business. With them you can take your business to a next level, where every single business would like to be. However, in order to do it you need to know exactly how to manage either one or another and make the right decisions at the right time, otherwise these same factors will take you to close down the business and never be able to run a business and be successful.

In this presentation that is exactly what I am going to minutely, evaluate. I will explain the main differences between cash flow and break-even and say how they would help to the management of a business. In order be able to explain it I will talk about, cash flow, cash inflow, cash outflow, irregular cash flow, irregular cash outflow, costs, break-even, the advantages and disadvantages of all these and how it would help me to manage a business.

Cash Flow
Cash flow is the movement of money that goes in and out of your business bank account. That is the main idea of cash flow, however there a lot of other thinks that we need to considerate and how it can help you to run your business.

Cash flow is very important (one of the most important factors for you to start-up) for a business, taking into account that it would allow you to make a forecast for your business in a long term and then move forward, depending on your forecast.

Every single business should and surely do a forecast for business before starts it up, not because it is 100% reliable, but because gives you an idea of how much you can and should spend in what, and by when your business would be strong enough or ready to expand, have some new promotions, and become a bigger.
