Childhood Obesity

  The topic choosen was addressing the issues of childhood obesity.   I have narrowed down my topic to what are the main causes of childhood obesity and how can they best be addressed?   I will be looking to find out if not being active is a cause or the foods we eat. The rate of obesity in children has risen in the last thirty years and is only getting worse. As we advance in technology, our society is now lazy. Children today are cooped up at home playing video games or watching television. I will be looking for ways to help these children on how to change their diet and make a plan to start exercising. Every child should be involved in some form of activity. Obesity is a problem everywhere as a society we need to be more active in the changes we want our children to follow.
My research now will be to find all the facts that contribute to the causes of obesity in children. I am trying to find a solution that will work best for our children to make the necessary changes to their diet and lifestyles. The children are going through so many health problems today because of obesity. I am looking forward to finding out everything I can so I can better           understand on how to help the children of our future.   This is something all society needs to pay attention and get involved.
