AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The aim of this research report is to deeply understand the concept of supply chain management and practically observe that how things happened in real world. We have deeply examined the supply chain of Sayyed Engineers with the perspective of its brand Piano. The reasons behind choosing this Firm as subject of this report is, among all the Products of Sayyed Engineers are the leading brands , have highest market share and are generating the largest sales revenue for the firm.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In this report we have gathered information about the supply chain analysis of Sayyed Engineers Pvt. Ltd leading brand Piano. Sayyed Engineers are pioneers in the ballpoints manufacturers in Pakistan and it was established in 1967, it is basically well-known in the production of writing instruments. It has several brands in the market which are earning good market share for the company. Sayyed Engineers are targeting middle class especially students prefer to buy their inexpensive products.
