Standards and Procedures
A strong ethics plan is a necessity for a company built to providing service to other businesses. When a company defines its' goals and its' employees' individual responsibilities, then the company is on its' way to success. An ethics program is a valuable tool for a company such as ours to manage everything from individual shortfalls to long-term goals. Our primary goal is to build a strong company based on client satisfaction and ethical business practices. The importance of social responsibility cannot be overstressed, from shareholders to suppliers, and from employees to clients we aim to strike a balance in profits and community building. Every year's goals should succeed the last in client base, employee development and community outreach. Finding new ways to make social awareness profitable will be our pivotal struggle and one we will strive to improve upon as we grow as a company.
  In a company that presumes to aid other businesses with their management, it is imperative that our management act in accordance with clear, unbiased decision making. This is important not only because our employees need to be treated fairly, but to establish strong models in behavior for them to follow. Managers must: encourage employees be self sufficient, employ all necessary members of the organization to resolve issues, exhibit no bias in the treatment of employees and make sure company policies reflect their stated pursuits. To this end it will be necessary to have yearly reviews of manager performance, and for managers to supervise a different set of employees each year. From the day they are hired, managers must present these skills and attributes, for they are the keystone in ethical decision making in our company.
