The world is made up of many beautiful, brilliant, vibrant colors. Wherever you look, there are many colors at which to gawk and gaze. Colors really influence our lives, since they make us feel certain ways with their different tints. I like colors because, without them, our world would be dull and monotonous. Some colors that really stand out to me are red, blue, green, white and black.
The color red is an easy color to label. I mainly associate red with anger and rage. Usually if someone gets mad, their skin turns red. Red is also affiliated with hot. Fire is hot, and when I want to illustrate hot, I always use the color red. The devil is often thought to be red, and isn’t he an angry man with fire around him? Red can also be an exciting color. Red cars excite me. Red is one of the “colors of love” and love is a really exciting thing. On Valentine’s Day, I know I like to receive red balloons and red teddy bears.
Blue is my favorite color in the world. The color blue generally has a calm vibe to it, and , in my opinion, everyone needs a little calm in their life. Blue is the color of the boundless ocean, crashing its waves upon a sandy beach, ticking my toes as I lie on my stomach and forget about my worries. Blue is also the color of the vast sky, whose rich blue color is calming enough to make anybody forget whatever they were stressing about. I love the color blue so much that I had my room painted a rich hue of the color. My bed is also draped in this wonderful color. If I have an option of getting anything in the color blue, I go for it. My I-pod is blue, my radio is blue, even my nails are blue! I do not know what I would do without this wonderful color in my life.
