C. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT

A fueling station is a facility which sells fuel and lubricants for motor vehicles. The most common fuels sold today are petrol known as gasoline, gas or diesel fuel. Others also sell propane or butane and have added shops to their primary business. Conversely, some chain stores, such as supermarkets, discount superstores, warehouse clubs, or traditional convenience stores, have provided filling station within their immediate premises.

D. INVESTMENT COST

The total cost of investments shall be P 10,188,000.00

E. MODE OF FINANCING

Bank loans will take care of the monetary requirements of the project.

I. MARKETING ASPECT

1. THE PRODUCT

Fuel products are hottest merchandise these days. The need for them is fantastic locally, nationally and internationally particularly from non-fuel producing countries like the Philippines. The demand now for these products becomes more tremendous as many countries. Marketing these items then is never a problem.

a. Market Share
The fuel consumption of motor vehicles sourced from San Francisco, Agusan del Sur gas station has been unthinkable. The two (2) fuel stations here have to operate for 24/7 to serve customers by late traveling vehicles round the clock.

b. Market Prices
The price is dictated by the central office for the uniformity of the area

2. TARGET MARKET

➢ Car and motor vehicles

➢ Private and Government vehicles

➢ All kinds of wheels that needs gasoline

3. MARKET SITUATION

A. Demand
The Daily Traffic Count as required by the Partner Company at the Project site is reflected in Table 1.
