FEASIBILITY STUDY IN ESTABLISHING A COFFEE SHOP IN WEST BUYAGAN, LA TRINIDAD BENGUET

Result of the Questionnaires distributed and Interpretation
Three hundred (300) respondents were interviewed randomly using a questionnaire in Buyagan La Trinidad, Benguet and two hundred ninety nine were the total of retrieved questionnaires. Data were organized and subjected to statistical computation using frequency and percentage. General Information

Table 1 shows the Demographic profile of the respondents according to their gender. Majority of the respondents are male. There were 50.50% males and 49.50% females respondents. This implies that more males drink coffee than females. Table 2 DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE

Table 2 shows the demographic profile of the Age Bracket of the Respondents. Majority of the respondents (67.56%) age have ranging from 10 – 20 years old while 25. 08% belongs to the age bracket of 21 – 40 years old followed by 6.69% for the age bracket of 41 – 60 years old and the least number were observed to have ages of 60 and above (0.67%). The result assumed that younger people commonly drinks coffee.

Table 3 presents the number of respondents who likes to drink coffee. Almost majority of the respondents (84.62%) likes to drink coffee and 15.38% of the respondents do not like to drink coffee. Table 4 shows the frequency of drinking coffee in a day. This result indicates that nearly half of the respondents (42.69%) drink coffee twice a day. Table 5 TYPES OF COFFEE PREFERED BY THE RESPONDENTS

Table 5 shows the types of coffee preferred by the respondents. Most of the respondents preferred Instant Coffee (25.76%) followed by Black Coffee (23.42%) while Irish coffee (1. 87%) was the least preferred coffee by the respondents.

Table 6 shows the preference of the respondents as to what compliments their coffee. Most of the respondents preferred the pandesal (33. 83%) to complement their coffee, followed by the sandwich (21.55%), cookies (16.54%), and cakes (14.04%). This result indicates that the respondents more preferred the pandesal to complement their coffee. Table 7 AMPLE PARKING SPACE
