Background of the study
1.1 Introduction of the study
Hamburgers are usually a feature of fast food restaurants. It is usually bought by people living in highly productive urban centres with high population densities. Food also had to be economically affordable for the working class in order for them to maintain their labour and industrial production. Hamburgers are not only a big help for people who need to eat both “fast” and “cheap” but it can also be served as a fast dinner, picnic or party food, and can be cooked outdoors on barbecue grills. In our dining shop, Burger Slider, we will be using small sandwiches/buns that will be mini-burgers. We will be serving slider burgers with different variations.
