RESEARCH TOPIC: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
RESEARCH Question : How do those undergraduates who taking business subject and undergraduates who taking non-business subject apply different level of aware on importance of CSR? Hypothesis : hypothesised that undergraduates in taking business subject will gain higher level of awareness than those undergraduates who are taking non- business subject . Purpose: The goal is to find out how different level of awareness on importance of CSR apply between undergraduates who taking business subject and undergraduates who taking non-business subject. RESEARCH OBJECTIVES:

1. To find out undergraduates’ perception of CSR
2. To find out how undergrades perceive/recognise/realise the importance of CSR * In terms of human resource management (attraction and retention of human assets) * Do undergraduates intend to work for a company that practises CSR in its daily business operations when they enter the workforce? * Why do undergraduates want to work for a CSR type of company? (e.g. able to enjoy various employee benefits; think that they as part of the society hold the responsibility to contribute to society by supporting activities that benefit the public...) [provide a few options for respondents to select] * Will undergraduates work with a company that practises CSR for a longer period of time? * In terms of increasing companies' sales and revenues, establishing larger customer base, and boosting companies' image/reputation and performance. * Do undergraduates prefer to purchase products manufactured by companies that practise CSR or ignorant about CSR? * In terms of increasing companies' capital and equity (attract public investments) * Do undergraduates prefer to invest in socially responsible companies or profit-oriented companies? 2.
