Resumen Ejecutivo

El presente informe tiene como objetivo principal realizar un Análisis Industrial de las Comidas Rápidas en Chile para desarrollar posibles estrategias de negocio.

El informe incluye el desarrollo   del Análisis Estructural del Sector Industrial de las Comidas Rápidas en Chile, mediante, el análisis de la acción conjunta   de   cinco fuerzas competitivas; Potenciales Entrantes, Intensidad de la Rivalidad de los Competidores, Poder de Negociación de los   Proveedores, Presión de los Sustitutos y Poder de negociación de los Compradores. La acción conjunta de las cinco fuerzas nos servirá para determinar posibles estrategias, así como la rentabilidad potencial de las utilidades en términos del rendimiento de largo plazo del capital invertido.

Se realizará un análisis de los competidores y su perfil, proponiendo estrategias genéricas y mix comercial, buscando ventajas competitivas en el análisis de la cadena de valor y oportunidades y amenazas en el   análisis F.O.D.A.

The report includes the develops an analysis the structure of the Fast Food Industry in Chile, through the analysis of five competitive forces: potential competitors, rivalry intensity of the competitors, negotiation power of the providers, pressure of the substitutes, and negotiation power of the clients.
