In the past people in Egypt used to eat healthy, freshly prepared food with their families in the home. Today however, many people, particularly young people, prefer to eat fast food such as hamburgers, fried chicken, or pizza. There are many problem when people used to eat fast food in present. It is dangers for health and body. There are many reasons why people used to eat fast food. There are many reasons for the popularity of fast food. One of the main Cause is the change in lifestyle. Many people in the Egypt are working long hours out of the home. Another thing women are now working in Egypt, and this can result in less time being available for preparing family meals. Women now days can’t cook well so husband goes to eat fast food. The second Cause is young people have a lot of many. Now a day young people spend his money in fast food and café shop. Always young people want to eat fast food. Fast food is delicious for young people. They always spend time out the home, and fast food is make quickly. However, this change in diet can have some serious effects. One effect is on health. Many individuals in Egypt are becoming obese. These people will be less productive and have conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. Its dangers for old people because they want special food. Fast food affects your energy levels, and doesn't contain the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. Fast food can lead to diabetes. Over time, the high levels of sugar and simple carbohydrates in junk food can lead to type 2 diabetes. This occurs because eating too much sugar puts your metabolism under stress; when you eat a lot of refined white sugar and simple carbohydrates, your body has to pump up insulin production to prevent a dangerous spike in blood sugar levels. The second effect of fast food culture is the loss of the family tradition of eating together. .Children and adults rarely eat together now, and thus get less opportunity to talk.
