Fast Design and Construction for Network Application Solution Based on .Net 3.5 Framework

Abstract—The formal publication of the latest brand new generation Microsoft .NET 3.5 Framework indicates that this software giant is successful evolving on its plan. This paper introduces the technology based on .NET 3.5 Framework and its new features, advocates Service Oriented Architecture to construct and design network application program fast, then provides a system design of a green community Live Green and the implementation of its prototype.

I. INTRODUCTION
With the development of the economy and the increasing of the population, the global environment is rapidly deteriorating. The government has made unremitting efforts in the protection of the environment, but most of the measures are not directed to the vast number in social groups, therefore people’s awareness of environmental protection is very weak.
To solve the crises above, many environmental projects relied on the Internet have been developed. Just take Yahoo! Green, an educational plan, as an example. Through the website green.yahoo.com, the latest environmental news, some consuming tips, as well as ways to prevent climate changing are provided, and it appeals to the public to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions on one’s own initiative; thereby the surrounding environment would be improved. However, to achieve environmental sustainability fundamentally, the most important thing is to reinforce the environmental awareness of everyone’s mind.
