1.Executive Summary:
Far East Organization establishment in 1960. It is always have good reputation for building innovatiove and functional spaces and providing high quality experiences and value for its customers. And Far East is a major leading property developer in Singapore. It has built more than 700 developments across the full spectrum of real estate in the residential, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Far East Organization owns and operates the largest corporate leasing and hospitality portfolio in Singapore, including eight hotels and 11 serviced residences with over 1,200 apartments. And also leverages on its significant asset base, real estate domain knowledge, financial skills and extensive market network to develop real estate financial products and services in Singapore. The budgeted for investments in tourism, hospitality and services industry is SG$100 million. Far East organization not only making the profit, at the same time, it brings Singapore a lot of benefit, such as more tourism, making a huge contribution for Singapore’s GDP growth. Also have more good relationship to other countries, it bring more chance to communication to the whole world.
