Factors To Consider When Planning Awareness Activities
Accessing information and support regarding health issues can be viewed and dealt with in many ways. Referring to local libraries for historic and current legislation , along with varies governing bodies, as NHS ie Well-being groups and environmental agencies, committee groups, forums and Internet. Approaches are through media, posters, training, drama, questioner's, presentation and discussion groups

If you are planing for the health awareness activities then you have to concentrate on few things like daily exercise, eat healthy food and drink lots of water. By raising these issues we can make people more alert for their health. These three factors are like base of healthy life.

Factors may include: the individual needs, age and abilities of the children and young people specific risks to individuals such as pregnancy, sensory impairments the needs of carers where relevant the function and purpose of environments and services offered duty of care desired outcomes for the children and young people lines of responsibility and accountability

Personal trainers develop and implement exercise programs based on their clients' specific needs. You will not be a very successful trainer if you fail to develop individualized programs. Generic, one-size-fits-all programs will not address the specific needs and goals of all of your clients. Considering multiple variables when creating a program will help your clients reach their goals safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Personal Variables
Every client you work with will have a different lifestyle and personality. Some may be workaholics who never sleep; others may be new moms who need some time for themselves. Some clients will be confident and focused and some will not. These factors will impact the design and function of the exercise program:
