Factors That Affect Hr Practices of International Companies
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:
Human Resource Management (HRM) is the functions in an organization that focuses on the recruitment of new employees and it provides directions to the employees who are working in the organization. Human Resource Management can also be performed by the line managers in the organization. Human Resource Management (HRM) in the organization functions it deals with the issues in the organization such as hiring of new employees, safety, benefits, motivation to the employees and provides training to employees. Human Resource Management (HRM) is also a strategic approach to manage people and culture in the working environment.

FUNCTIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT:
Following are the functions of Human Resource Department.

* RECRUITMENT OF EMPLOYEES:
This is one of the most fundamental roles of human resource department. This is due to this function make sure that the company under consideration selects the most skilful and talented person from a number of applicants at that time. This function involves the evaluation of ability and the potential employees in relation to what the company really needs. If Human Resource Department performs this function well then the value of organization will be increased and it helps the company to achieve their goals and targets in the given time.
EXAMPLE:
The example of TESCO IRELAND which performs its role well. The company first notices the public about the vacancies then it posts a questionnaire online and then the interested parties fill at that time. After this the company evaluates the candidates and those who come under the minimum requirements are invited for an interview. By as doing this TESCO IRELAND makes sure that their employees are highly capable and they will play their important role to enrich the organization.

Some more functions of Human Resource Department are listed below. * Human Resource Department handles the promotions of the company and create job

    The Human Resources Department deals with the employees and the people who make up the workforce in a business or firm. The Human resources Department is important because you need someone in charge of the population within and outside the business.
