In recent years researches have devoted a great deal of attention to examining the linkage between the external environment and organization’s strategy. Based on research evidence to date, it is becoming increasingly clear that the general and task environment determine one organization’s strategy and by responding to these environmental changes, organizations make the changes to the environment for their competitors at the same time (….).
