Matt’s Lemonade Stand
This report provides an analysis of Matt’s Lemonade Stand. Matt’s Lemonade Stand will run from June 1st to July 30th and will be stationed near North Avenue Beach. My stand will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Research has shown that the highest traffic happens during previously mentioned times. Matt’s Lemonade Stand will be available on those hot days providing quickly served cold lemonade as an alternative way to satisfy your thirst. Matt’s Lemonade Stand will be a sole proprietorship.

Other expenses include city charges for being able to operate on the North Avenue Beach which total $120/month. The estimated monthly expenses are just about $356. The estimated monthly sales which are based on 300units/week or 1200units/month at $1.25 total $1500. Each month I should see a profit of about $1144. My research and personal experience has shown that North Avenue Beach is a high-traffic location during the dates that Matt’s Lemonade Stand will be operating. I’m looking forward to a profitable and...
