Handled incoming call that related to customer’s inquiry about TM’s product and technical problem especially streamyx and telephone line. Specialize on PABX system, VoIP and also PSTN system. Assist customers to provide best solution and information of their inquiries .Guide customer to perform 1st level troubleshooting to identify customer’s technical problem at both side. Responsible for launching trouble ticket to technical department and send LMG or RNO if no any problem at customer site.
• 2nd level(November 2011-August 2012)
Do outbound call to customer that having technical issue on streamyx and phone line to follow up their case. The case should be attended by technician within 24 hours but sometimes the case delay due to cable theft issue. Need call or email directly to TM technical support department such as RCC, RNO, HBC and also LMG to get an update of customer problem then revert back to customer an update.
• Premier Team (August 2012-Current)
Manage all major issue that related with the cable issue, planned maintenance, server migration, NGN migration, outage, and also equipment faulty such as Metro E or cabinet damage indirectly .It is handled by TM contractor within specific time frame. Call TM contractor such as TROS, Fiber Com and also VFR to get update of the progress and also to make sure they can fully restore within specific time frame. Prepare reporting base on contractor‘s update and link it to system.
