Secure Insurance is an insurance company located in Phoenix, Arizona. The company has a total of 35 full-time employees whose main focus is to exceed the customer expectations and to expand the business. Secure Insurance offers a variety of insurance packages for auto, home, and life. Secure Insurance employees make every effort to provide a sense of comfort and security for the customers. The value statement for the organization is to help people manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unforeseen circumstances. The foundation of the company is based on the values, integrity, and quality service that the customer needs.  
A code of conduct is extremely important for the organization. Operations can change frequently, based on the business needs. The human resources department for Secure Insurance assists in promoting a work environment that helps to accomplish moral and ethical issues. Secure Insurance has a basic code of conduct for hiring practices, diversity, and harassment. Managing ethics is full of challenges (Trevino & Nelson, 2007). Secure Insurance will not allow discrimination and harassment. Every employee will sign a receipt form explaining that they understand the policies and ethical rules that must be follow to retain employment.
Applications are screened for criminal background and based on the position stated in the job announcement. The hiring process is the same for every applicant and it involves a variety of steps. 1. A written notification that the application has been received. 2. Applicants will receive a written notification indicating if they are eligible for an interview based on the minimum qualifications. 3. After the interview process all applicants who were interviewed will be notified of their status by phone or in writing within five days or less after the interview.
