The issues related to GreatBrands.com could be that they would lose their business to Ahmed’s new company. Also, they might not accept any more interns in the future, in order to avoid fraud. The issues related to Ahmed’s company would be that they could get sued by GreatBrands.com for stealing their intellectual property. Therefore, they run a risk of complete shut down or bad market reputation, which in turn will affect the future earning of the business.
