* There is nothing that surprised me in either the University of Phoenix Student code of Conduct or the Student Code of Academic Integrity. I have experienced these codes in every commitment I have made in a new job, volunteering, or my child starting a new grade. Every commitment is different, but the principles are not. The codes are put in place for a reason to help guide us in what is acceptable behavior that allows for a safer environment. The choices made at the University of Phoenix will have some kind of influence on those in classes and around you determining your success.
What did you learn about the behaviors considered important for an ethical learner or student in the University of Phoenix learning community? *
* I have learned that respect is a very important behavior for an ethical learner or student in the University of Phoenix learning community. It is imperative for me to show respect to my professor and my fellow classmates. As an adult and a student, I must learn how to keep an open mind and get the perspectives from everyone’s point of view good or bad. I have learned in my past relationships with employees and friends that one must give respect in order to gain respect. This will help me grow and develop as a new student at the University of Phoenix.
