We have paid serious attention to the organization background, starting from their vision and mission, also their services they offer. This report has given a detailed breakdown of the organization structure, the design, authority, division, functional and the hierarchy of authority in which Google practice. Our investigations have also gather information about the organization culture, the stories of how the company originated their rituals, symbols and language of Google Company. This report is written base on our findings on Google company organization structure, design and authority of the company. Google is a company with a flat organization structure starting from CEO and Google practice an organic and informal structure we by information is access by everyone in the organization. The offer products and service for individuals, businesses and Web and provide products from Gmail, Alerts, Google search, Ad word etc. Google culture is related to the stories, rituals, materials symbols, the Jargon of the organization which “Google it”, employees all around the organization caries this along with them wherever they go. Technology used by the organization is Pigeon Rank Technology that helps the company achieve their target to boost up the search engine, also in this report the organizational behavior of the Google Company they encourage creativity and inclusion and avoid inequality, employees are free to contribute in the decision making process of the Company. Also there is also internal and external conflicts facing the organization the internal conflicts are the decision process when they are creating new product and service idea, and one major external conflict is the war between Google and Apple over Android and iPhone technology, and we have also started the techniques Google Company uses to manage this conflicts, due to conflicts always occurs especially in an environment that has been very successful, the Company to look into details the cause of the problem and how to manage the problem before it escalates beyond internal.
