The concepts I have learned in this course will be cherished and applied in my business. The communication of how to communicate effectively threw memos, emails, letters, and most of all verbal. As our studies taught us how to make sure there is ethics in business and law, but most of all there is policies, and with policies we are following them and not putting ourselves or the company we work for in harm’s way by our behavior.

When we spoke earlier about motivations, and opportunities within an organization for advancement there is so much potential to put into place for degree programs, classes for ethics an law policies, and most of all how to organize information so it can be clearly read and understood.

I have enjoyed my course which the most important of all I like was how to handle disagreement and conflict. Although I have been thrown allot in my profession, but to be better equip in some areas as this made it very important to me.

In order to keep our companies operating efficiency to the maximum in our hard economic condition. This change is due to the economy and budget performance from other locations. This solution is the only way that we can guarantee work stability and keep your current wages the same.

We at Rockbottom Appeal appreciate your continuous support. Starting December 12, 2011 our new hours will be as follows:

The employees will start the new 4/10 which is 4 days per week, working 10 hrs per day. This will allow a day off during the work week for those who need to handle personal matters during the work week. The part-time staff will have consolidated hours into 1, 2, or 3 day work weeks depending on how many hours you schedule them to work. I am pleased to announce that our locations will not close, but will rather benefit you with longer hours to better assist you.
