STRENGHT * Strong Brand Name
The Krispy Kreme is known because of its premium doughnuts, especially its original glazed doughnuts which is the firm’s most recognized product. * Superior Innovation
The firms is continuously creating new doughnuts which. This would help the firm to maintain their name as the creator of premium doughnuts. This would also help to follow the changing preferences of customers. * Marketing Strategy
The firm uses differentiation strategy, wherein their target market is those people who value the uniqueness of doughnuts. This strategy would determine what kind of doughnuts they should make, this kind of strategy maybe effective because the firm can be identified among the doughnut store because of its unique products.

* Doughnut Theatre
This is another strategy of the company. This could attract more customer because they were able to see how the doughnuts are made. * Premium Doughnuts
Their doughnuts are unique and can be identified among other doughnuts, in this case, the Krispy Kreme as an advantage over other doughnuts because their doughnuts can be easily known since its unique. Their doughnuts are all original.

WEAKNESSES * Over Expansion

In year 2004, The Company over expanded which lead them of having a significant debt in process.

* Unhealthy Product
Their products are high in fat, carbohydrates and cholesterol. * Declining Sales

Despite of removing all grams of trans fat from the product the sales of Krispy Kreme are continuously declining. One of indicator of this is the continuously declining of the stock price of the Company.

The company has been investigated for suspected accounting irregularities, This may affect the reputation and image of the company.
