1. Do you use KTM every day? From which station to which station?
Sometime only. From subang to kl central.

2. What do you think of the state of the KTM provide by the government?
So bad.

3. Would you think KTM could improve their punctuality? How?
Yes. By making the KTM faster.

4. Do you think the KTM should provide a way to inform the passengers the train’s arrival? Why?
Yes. So that the passengers will know what time the train will come.

5. Which coach you always took? The normal couch or the ladies coach and what is the condition?
The ladies coach. It’s not ok because some male passengers will come in the ladies coach and sit there.

6. Which do you prefer to use KTM or Car for your work/study?
Car.

7. Should KTM introduce to first class Commuter coach?
No.

8. Will KTM be improving as good as the Singapore KTM? Why?
It can be improved but not now. Because people in Malaysia now are not as good as Singaporean.

9. Do you think the one who is in charge is responsible for the punctuality?
Maybe.

10. Will you still be using although the punctuality is not improved? Why?
Yes. Because KL traffic is very bad.

Nope. But I did try once and it was very slow. I think is from KL Central to Mid Valley.

2. What do you think of the state of the KTM provide by the government?
It is good that they provide us to travel further distance but it is too crowded and slow.

3. Would you think KTM could improve their punctuality? How?
Yes, they could actually. They might hire more people.
