I define the term organization as something that is welled planned and established for the completion of a event,1. Organizational culture 2. Organizational design and 3. Organizational structures. 2. What is the difference between effectiveness and efficiency? What is the best approach to the study of organizational effectiveness?
The difference between effectiveness and efficiency is that when your affective that means that you are making a difference but when someone is using efficiency they are being consistent.
3. Select one sport organization. How would you describe its structure using the three structural dimensions featured in this chapter?
The sport organization I choose is football program for Macmurray College and I describe its structure by the fact that the team is usually known for loosing and I know that there goals are to change that
