5. Can leadership be learned?
Is leadership a mysterious gift that some are born with? Is it a skill you can learn and hone with practice? Or does the truth lie somewhere in between? Should organisations look to recruitment or training – or something else (e.g. changing their culture, structure or incentive system) – to foster high-calibre leadership?
