Intro-Hello everyone
My specialization in the MAED program is early childhood education. This is a field that is in need of constant research and praise. Early education is so vital to the success of any student and how educators approach the educational environment in which they will provide is limitless. Early childhood educators are the foundation that is needed for students to complete the journey of education throughout high school and on the college. My current position is a physical education teacher at the middle school level. I try to use every opportunity given to me through my position to encourage positive interaction between all students. I hope to apply this degree towards earning a new title in the elementary field of education. Hopefully this degree will open up doors to a new and exciting world of knowledge for me.

Note-Currently, I work at a pre-school where I wear many hats daily. The first hat that I wear is being a pre-school teacher. The second hat that I wear is being a bus driver. The third hat that I wear is working in the office. The last hat that I wear is working in the kitchen. As you can see I wear many hats, but the two hats that describes my current position consist of a pre-school teacher and bus driver. I hope to utilize all of the hats combined in order to accomplish many things when I obtain my Master’s Degree. The first thing that I hope to do is use every essential skill that I have in order to create an organized and structured educational system that is conducive to learning. The second thing that I hope to do is become an administrator in order to help educators, students, parents, and families receive the best opportunity for success. I am looking forward to working with my educator and students in order to make my dreams come true.

Pursuing something new is fun and exciting, especially if the pursuit positively impacts someone else. I am grateful for the opportunity to re-enter grad school, this time at the doctorate level, to realize a dream that I’ve had since the beginning of my teaching career. My goal is to be sharp, skilled, creative and effective as a teacher and leader so that I can significantly influence the organization and overall culture of my school, other teachers, students, and the community. A necessary attribute of a great teacher should be the desire to seek ways to improve learning for all children. I am committed to learning and developing the knowledge and skills that a great leader needs to make a difference in education. I believe all students can have academic success.…

Becoming a successful teacher has been a desire in my heart for many years. As a high school student, I had the desire to enter the medical field. The turning point toward a teaching career occurred when I became employed with a small preschool as the three-year old toddler instructor. This job was extremely rewarding. It thrilled my heart to watch these small children grasp new concepts and develop throughout the year. The smiles on their faces when they learned to zip their coat, or say their ABC’s, or count to 100 was worth all the challenges you faced with a classroom of three-year old toddlers. Being able to see the glow on a child’s face when they succeed is indescribable and one of the reasons I want an education degree so that I can witness this experience daily.…

The teachers themselves must be specialists in their perspective subjects and not be asked to multitask because if the teacher doesn’t know his/her subject well they can’t give a proper explanation to the students for them understand their teaching so that they can understand the students well and manage according to how the students react and make the class a whole lot interesting for the students to enjoy the class rather than be bored of when a teacher reads out of the book directly to get the best…
