Acknowledgements
First and foremost we would like to express our sincere thanks to our Advisors Mr. Alim Nayoum, Cathrene Bjerknes and Kjell Gaute Lier Guldahl for their supervision, guidance and valuable advice during the study period. We would like to extend our thanks and gratitude to Mr. Christian A. Klöckner for very helpful and inspiring information, as well as encouraging suggestion regarding the project idea. Words are inadequate in offering our thanks to Hovefestivalen and Grimstadplanter for their encouragement and cooperation for the implementation of the project. Their willingness to implement the project idea has contributed tremendously to the development of our project. Last but by no means least; we would also like to thank our own group for the motivating and positive spirit during the project work.

Introduction
This is a report of the Experts in Team project group consisting of Tina Slåttedal Jacobsen, Danuta Kovalevska, Claudia Casanova, Kjetil Gransbråten, Ali Azadkahn and Tadesse Tufa Borji, the spring semester 2012. The village is called Assessment and Environmental Impacts of a Rock Festival and the project group is called The Mosh Pit. In the beginning of the semester we did an analysis on everyone’s skills and backgrounds. This analysis showed that all the group members have different qualities and represent different studies. This broad span of knowledge has been an important factor in making the project successful. Tina comes from the Industrial Engineering and Technology Management and has among other things contributed to managing the tasks in the group and taking initiative to making the group work flow and contact possible partners for the project. Claudia studies Marine- and Coastal Development and has a thorough understanding of the environmental impact CO2 may have on the nature. Danuta studies Eco-toxicology and has a good understanding of how the environment needs to be taken care of in order to reduce the human damage. Tadesse studies Hydropower which has not been directly relevant for this project, however, his experience in writing report and doing research has been very helpful to the project. Kjetil studies Media and...
