1.0 Introduction The discovery of the computer was the great function of modernity for different application to make work easier, more capable, and more adaptable for the humanity. It has brought a new level of knowledge that became the new standard in the industry. It made the school works more efficient for students and provided path to communicate to entire earth. Nowadays the number of school population is usually rising because of the rapid increase of students in our country. The Philippines is one of the countries with a huge population of students. Even the number of foreign students who have chosen to study here is extremely increasing, which leads to the need of computerization processes in schools, primarily with Entrance Examination. It gave lots of benefits for all business industries who were using it. With the use of advance technology, transaction became more fast, accurate and effective and as time passes by computers became more useful for every transaction being made.
Modernization in every transaction became more popular as it reached even small organizations like school. School is one of the organizations that need advancement, because in this institution many transactions are made like the entrance examination. Entrance Examination system is very much needed in schools to satisfy scholastic needs of the students and make the school personnel’s work easier and faster in terms of filling the documents and assuring their security. Having a Web Based Entrance Examination system will help our institution to have another system that will upgrade the entrance examination processes so as to meet the quality that our institutions are trying to meet.
Our group will focus on the entrance examination that will help minimize the work of the examiners and upgrade the system of manual entrance examination to a new computerized entrance examination. With the use of this innovative program the school will become more
