Abstract

The importance of the topic stems from the improvements in the business, especially in the airlines and aircraft world. It was found that a number of airliners’ who established their ways in order to get into the fascinating business world from its wide gate. Air Arabia was one of those who have already succeeded to quickly attract customers, with a considerable amount of profits. Air Arabia managed to grow organically over the past years. The company’s fleet has grown tremendously which enabled the airline to offer the regions best network connectivity. In just 5 years time, Air Arabia revolutionized the way aviation was perceived in the Middle East by customizing a successful low cost business model to accommodate local preferences of the region. The aim was to investigate into depth what is called the phenomena of Air Arabia. In fact what this paper‘s main purpose is finding whether passengers are satisfied with the services they got through Air Arabia. Using a primary data approach from travelers who had an experience with the airline (through surveys and through an interview with the service manager), we were a step further and got to know their view. This research will first give an insight to the services provided to the passengers and then examine whether the customers of Air Arabia are satisfied, whether they think it is a good value for money and then discuss on exactly what about the services they are not satisfied with ( in detail). At the end of this paper, the results found about customer satisfaction reveal a general consensus that customers are satisfied with some services focusing on certain areas. This part where includes a summary of the findings and recommendations, Limitations and Self Criticism and a further research section for anyone who is interested to carry on adding to what was already made. Air Arabia was able to re-define the concept of air travel by operating itself as a low cost carrier which means “….an airline …… with a lower operating cost structure…..” in this part of the world through offering a superb value for money travel on the basis of the services provided.
