I have a gained the knowledge of how to write college essays, and I have also gained a better understanding of prejudice in the twenty first century. Also I have a gained a strong sense of humor from this course because, you are very comedic teacher.
This course is a requirement for my field of study because, you have to be able to compose reports on your patients with grammatical correctness .You also have to able to articulate your findings to other colleagues.
My weakness when writing is how to get the format correct because, I usually always mess up the line spacing and the paragraph indention. I also am weak when it comes to in text citation and the MLA format.
My strong point when composing an essay is that I can easily formulate what I am going to write about and put it onto paper.
The aspects of the course I found most beneficial was learning how to use the MLA format and also using turn it in. Another aspect I found most helpful is that we actually didn’t have written tests.
If I was the instructor the essay that I would definitely keep is essay one because this essay was fun, easy to write and you had a little more freedom to express yourself by picking a topic that was meaningful to you. The essay I would definitely not keep is essay four because, it was very monotonous , took a lot of time , and was very hard to write.

If I could get rid of a topic it would be race because, although racism plays a huge role in the twenty first century I think, that the topic is over used to much in the classroom.
The advice I would give to someone who is about to enter English 1301 is first learn how to format an essay before you show up on the first day. Two don’t procrastinate, when an assignment is handed out start work on it immediately... [continues]
