Engineer’s Report

Good Chefs really like cooking fresh, healthy and nutritious food that are at the same time fast and easy to prepare, native foods and chinese noodles in the food chain will surely be acceptable in the field of this marketing. With regards to the unique technique in cooking, good equipment’s used will do best in turning out the result of the delicious menu. Air pollution facilities and equipment inside the kitchen area is being done well that makes the chefs, food assistant and handler’s breath comfortably. Kitchen and dining are equipt with ventilation and an open space will do better to remove heat and pollution at the said establishment.

In Compliance with the Engineer’s Report to be prepare by the Applicant in Connection with the air pollution. I Mrs. Susan V. Sanchez owner of the Miguel Fast-food chain and together with my husband hereby personally supervise the foods to be served. Healthy foods are being cooked from freshly purchased vegetables and meat daily. We make sure that all equipment’s which are readily available in the market help a lot. Food waste materials are properly disposed off and frozen foods is being stored systematically. Hence, as an owner of the Fast-food and based from my observation the good atmosphere of the air in the surroundings does not give any pollution to the area.

    Chinese noodles are very old food, which originated in China and it has a long history. Eastern Han Dynasty in China saved records that noodle’s history has more than nineteen hundred years.
