The reality is that standards in policing and human rights are an essential part of professional police officers. In today’s society multicultural communities and environments and the need of focusing on issues regarding religious and cultural awareness, mediation, skills in community relations, partnership approaches and problem solving, language training, and basic human rights. The only way to raise awareness for police officers of their integral role in the neighborhoods and communities they serve. Law enforcement not only face dramatic effects of the economic downturn, but major issues of identifying criminals who commit crime all over the world. Local government officials have determined the percent of general fund budgets for public safety costs are now no longer possible for the year. Leaving the questions, of how will law enforcement leaders start to identify different ways to deliver police services, but equally important, how to articulate what the new public safety models will look like, and how will their communities view them. In a society were crime is always changing, police departments have a disadvantage budget cuts, alongside of understaffed departments and agencies. Money is the basic source of the issues faced in America. Relationship between the federal, state, and local agencies sharing information is an important element of the U.S. government’s homeland security strategy. ( U.S. Department of Homeland Security, 2013)” To maintain a “trusted partnership” for state, federal, and local agencies to participate in making information sharing integrated, interconnected, effective, and for it to be as automatic as possible.” This is an essential part in order to ensure the national security.
