Abstract
Professionals working in the field associated with child endangerment have to face many argumental situations daily when it comes to children. Children are sexually, physically and emotionally abused unfortunately every day. These professionals have an obligation to keep up with and protect children from abused families. These moral/ethical obligations are discussed regarding the responsibilities of these professionals towards family members and the children.

In regards to the scenario I would have to say this is really a touchy situation; I mean removing the child from the home because of one situation does not really deem cause to do so. Because there may be a situation reported let us ask the question; is this a reliable complaint, and if there was any real concrete evidence that sustains that there was any type of child endangerment involved with the accusations? These are all really several reasons that someone could have called protective services but the investigation into the allegations is what really matters.
I see a few discrepancies with this new law that has been implemented. First of all were their enough factors that determined that the child was abused, and what were they? Were there any hospital visits that were documented alleging that the child was physically abused?
