1. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of empowering women so that they can hold other positions apart from their traditional ones.| ASSINGMENT 1|


We lived in a world that being created for all living things to survive and make wealth. A category of two living creatures which can be define as male and female gender for reproduction to occupy the world. Significant moments that differentiate a man from a woman are the build of a human nature. A two different gender with so many differences in terms of responsibilities assigned from the beginning of the world until today. Some parts of the world and the believers still refrain the beginning of the world in which women is the source of sin in reference to their bible, however it’s something that has to be proven the true facts of the source but some favors women in comparison from the past until today. A woman in the bible signifies they are the helper to the male gender in which the male gender is the head of the family. Our traditions and culture mostly in the pacific region depicts the differences. In most cases male gender favors female likewise the female, for example in Fiji, female gender favors male and from Rotuma, male favors female gender.

The roles that men and women play in society are not biologically determined; they are socially determined, changing and changeable. Although they may be justified as being required by culture or religion, these roles vary widely by locality and change over time. Although women may have many interests in common, the fabric of their lives and the choices available to them may vary widely.

A woman is the true facts of discussion now days in terms of leadership and so many aspects of life which women involved. It’s normal in the society before women to play a role of doing domestic duties rather than doing any other work to supersede mans role. The evolvement of...
