Empowering women
Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of empowering women so that they can hold other positions apart from their traditions ones To bring togetherness and challenge creating a prestige society, empowerment of women is needed so there could be equality, peace and justice, inclusiveness and full participation of all. Empowerment is increasing the spiritual, political, social or economic strength of individuals so they can build confidence in themselves and have decision making power and positive thinking. Empowering womaning has in turn inspired to women pursued success and prosperity with more vigour and intensity so they can hold other positions apart from their traditional ones. There are many advantages of women holding other positions in society on the other side it also has some disadvantage. This essay will be looking at the advantage which can be summarised as economic issues and security concerns on the other side disadvantage which can be summarised as cultural effect and social concerns. To begin with the economic issues which has two aspects: women holding other positions in society makes significant contribution towards the family and in society .under developed countries have a lower standard and higher cost of living and if in this case women start to work they would double the families income thus reducing the poverty level in the family .For example, if there will be two breadwinners in the family then every child in the family can get education so there will be a decrease in illiteracy in the society. Also women holding other positions can significantly contribute to society. Women may have some skills and talents in them which the society may need and if this women they start to work for the society then there will be no need for the society to hire expatriates from abroad to meet the demand of society since it will be expensive for the society and it will also avoid in losing of the skilled people from society (brain...
