The four strengths I currently posses to be a great employee is my attitude, the attitude to work hard and get things done, I am a clean cut person, and I have a lot of respect for people.
I have a great driving attitude towards my work. I like getting things done in a short amount of time while at the same time doing a good job. I am very clean so I am a presentable person who makes it enjoyable to talk to and work with. It eliminates the problem of people getting distracted and it is very professional. I have a lot of respect for people. I show respect toward my employer and all other co workers. Again, it makes the job proficient and easier on everyone when I have a very professional attitude. I am not lazy in the work place and I get things done. I don’t want to be a “time thief” I just want to get things done and that’s why I’m there. To get things done a get paid.
The four things I want to improve in is to arrive to work a little earlier than on time, always say yes I can get it done, practice cleaning up the work station when I am done and to always have a smile on my face.
I want to work on being punctual so I can let my employer know I care about the job and that I am professional about it. I always want to say yes when they ask me to try and get something done instead of I might not get to it. I want to work hard enough to complete the extra and by doing that shows that I am a hard worker and it keeps the employers extremely happy. I need to work on cleaning the place up a little bit more than I have when we close. It can use a little bit more cleaning in preparation for the next day.
