The most pleasant part of any project is to express gratitude and bestow honor towards all those who directly or indirectly contributed to the smooth flow of the project work and this being a good opportunity I would like to thank them all. The compilation of a project and its execution is inevitable without the co-operation of the project guide. I wish to express a deep sense of respect and gratitude to my project guide Prof.Vivekanand Pawar for his guidance which was very valuable for the completion of my report. I also take this opportunity to express my deep regards and gratitude to HR Manager Mr. Tejinder Grewal who gave me guidance throughout the completion of the project. I would also like to thank them for spending valuable time and giving me valuable inputs from time to time. It was their guidance and inspiration right from the conceptualization to the finishing stages that has played a very essential and valuable role in the completion of this project report. I express my deep sense of appreciation and gratitude to all the staff members for their support and co-operation either directly or indirectly during the course of the project.
