Subject: Free and Beneficial Healthy Living and Wellness Programme

Dear colleagues,

Do you want to feel energised all the time? Would you want to be able to handle frustrating situations more easily? Do you want to be healthier? Or do you simply just want to shape up to your ideal figure?

Well, this is the programme for you!

What is this programme about?
We have engaged LifeWork Associates to conduct a Wellness programme, especially for you! LifeWork Associates specializes in seminars, lectures and workshops designed to maintain and improve your physical and psychological wellbeing. The workshops are very hands-on and are jointly conducted by a fitness trainer, nutritionist and a psychologist. Through this workshop, you will gain tips on healthy diets, and learn simple exercises which you can do even at your desk! You will also learn different ways of managing stress through a variety of relaxation techniques such as meditations.

What can you gain from this programme? 1. You will learn more about healthy living and stress management 2. You do not have to pay to attend the programme 3. You can save on time and transportation expenses as it is held within office premises

What are the programme details?
Dates: 18, 19 or 20 October 2010
Venue: Meeting Room 3
Time: 7.00-9.30pm
(You will just need to attend one of the sessions)

This workshop is worth $188 per person, which is fully paid for by Panda Audio. Light refreshments will also be available for you before the workshop starts and during the break.

What do you need to do?
Simply send in your application to personalassistant@panda.com by 30 September 2010. Please also indicate your preferred first and second choice of the sessions. Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
