Abstract
A learning center for toddlers provide an extra tool to help them get ready to enter elementary. It
helps the parents to continue with their working schedule and gives them assurance that their
child is receiving an education at the earliest convenience. This type of organization for a single
owner can be a great investment as well as a great responsibility.   It requires knowledge of
children, managing, patience and skills.

Owing or managing a learning center for toddler requires innovation and experience.
When you make the decision to operate a learning center, you have to be aware of certain
procedures that have to be done to create such a place. The legal environment of learning
center includes an inspector from the state will check your facility. To acquire a license, the state
inspector assures that your center is suitable for children .They also require you to pass a health
and safety inspection. You have to make sure the employees you hire pass a criminal background
check .Your staff must be adults and certified to perform life saving on infants and children. You
must purchase liability insurance to protect your interests and that of the children and
establishment. Understanding the importance of the social environment is easy. Impact of the
actual environment often goes unnoticed ….quiet or active, stimulating or boring, individual or
group. The mix of social environments that children are exposed to have a tremendous impact on
their development. Work space, play space, learning space and personal space must meet the
developmental needs and requirements of the child. There are many options that come in handy
for the economic environment. Many child care centers that register with the state qualify parents
to receive child care stimulus funds which are most of the time funded directly from the
