EFFECTIVENESS OF THE "CHILDREN ACTIVITIES" HOTEL BANDUNG PAPANDAYAN LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The objective of these researched was to determined the effectiveness of activities “children activities” program Hotel Papandayan Bandung namely the level of customer satisfaction. By analyzing the credibility of PR activities and the content activities of the children and of reliability and perceptive employees to customer.
The approach used in this research was both quantitative and qualitative. These researched method used was survey method. The data collected through questionnaire and library studies, and supported by Internet searching. Population in these researched was the consumer Papandayan Hotel Bandung in June 2009, amounting to 304 people. Sampling technique used was Accidental sampling, and I obtained sample of 75 people. To analyze the data, the Likert scale is used and Spearman Rank correlation coefficients.
The results of these studies are (1) there was a relationship between the credibility of public relations activities of children in the activities of customer satisfaction. (2) There is a relationship between children activities program material to the level of customer satisfaction. (3) There is a relation between the reliability of employees to customers on the effectiveness of the activities children activities. (4) The relationship between employee responsiveness to customers on the effectiveness of the activities children activities.
Conclusion researched shows there is a strong relationship, reliable and significant between the effectiveness of the program "children activities" Hotel Papandayan Bandung and the level of customer satisfaction. So H1 is accepted there is influence between the effectiveness of activities "children activities" Hotel Papandayan Bandung to customer satisfaction.
