A study on the Intra Aston Olympiad Project, where the overall project management is being critically analysed against the Project Life Cycle techniques learnt as part of the module.
  Abstract  
Purpose: The purpose of this report is to revisit the Intra Aston Olympiad Project and study what Project Management Practices were followed during its lifecycle. The report also sketches potential documents/tools where work was not carried out due to a variety of reasons.
