I have surveyed a range of five different adult age groups to study the changes an adult comes to as time progresses. These ages are: A 15 year-old female peer of the same age, a 22 year-old male high school graduate, a 29 year-old male, a 38 year-old female, a 52 year-old female, and a 71 year-old female. During the review of my surveys I have discovered the changes in ones life as they age will range from music preferences, to favorite TV shows.   The youngest survey taker reported that she shops at clothing stores such as City Trends   and Body Central, While the older surveyors shopped at less expensive stores such as Wal-Mart. Also, the youngest female enjoyed listening to Hip Hop and R&B, which is known as more of an active music genre, while the older surveyors listened to very cool and calm music genres such as jazz and gospel. The priorities of these adults also vary. As the 22 year old is pressured by planning his next move of his career, the older survey takers are pressured by things of family or household security. While the only pressure of the 15 year-old still in high school, is relationship commitment, being that she has no job or family she has to take care of. Even TV show preferences change depending on age. The younger girl enjoys watching comedic shows such as “Smart Guy” and dangerous action movies such as “ATL”. While the older crowd watches game shows such as “The Price Is Right”. In the middle you have the 38 year-old who enjoys reality shows such as “Survivor”, which brings excitement to viewers because of the chance it could happen to them since they are regular people. Also, the older the surveyor, the more knowledgeable “Words Of Wisdom” given, being that they have more experiences with finances. While a 15 year-old would advise you to shop around before buying, and the middle age woman would tell you don’t use credit cards possibly because of prior bad experiences, the eldest woman would say “Its not what you make, Its how you spend...
