WORLD ORGANIZATIONS AND ECONOMIC OULOOK

With almost completing a decade in 21st century, World has already seen some major transformations across advanced and developing economies. In this era of globalization, where nations and regions are moving towards an economical integration, catastrophes in economies have hindered its achievement.
Emerging out of this current period of financial instability, global economic downturn and crumble in trade, economies are practicing to maintain its financial health through better fiscal policies. Central Banks have come up with ‘large interest rate cuts’ and ‘injecting liquidity in market’ to help survive through this fall. Governments are also providing ‘fiscal stimulus programs’ for better recovery. In April 2009, Group of Twenty (G-20) leaders agreed to triple the IMF’s regular lending capacity to US$750 billion, at least doubling its concessional resources for low-income countries, and to expand global liquidity by US$250 billion...
