What come to my mind is, especially for the early entrepreneurs, first, they have to decide whether they want to be entrepreneurs at all, and then, they will encounter a successive difficulties in their business. What they will face is an onslaught of choices both large and small. Decisions, indeed, are the essence of management, they are what managers do--sit around all day making or avoiding decisions. They are judged on the outcomes, and most of them have only foggiest idea how we do and what we do. When we evaluating one decision, we cannot ignore the opportunity cost, that is to say, to obtain more of something, when society forgoes the opportunity of getting the next best thing .That sacrifice is the opportunity cost of the choice. Looking back of those wise decisions making, what made by Kai-Fu Lee can regard as a prominent example of success.
  Lee was born in Taiwan in 1961 and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1973. He was classmates with current U.S. president Barrack Obama when going to Columbia University. He went to graduate school at Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a Ph.D. in computer science and developed the world’s first speaker independent continuous speech recognition system. This men,who used to work at Microsoft, SGI, Apple, and Google, decide to start new enterprise in 2009. Now, he is the CEO of Innovation Work.
  The decision he made of leaving Google China is most controversial one in 2008. All of his friends thought he was out of his mind. However, lee was looking for something challenging and groundbreaking.
