The company is private limited company and business is Real estate development and services. It focus on both property development and land sales. It's now developed not only high price apartments but also low budget housing estates for low-income people. The company main objective is to provide homes for people with reasonable price. Company mission is "To provide and create affordable homes for Customers". In the current, we hardly looking for low value land for the low budget housing projects. Its main headquarter is locate in Yangon (Myanmar), and branch offices in Mandalay and Nay Phi Taw. And future office will be in Dawei which has our big strategic projects in 2012.We started our business in 2000 but partners and others were grouped into private company Ltd in 2008,which now have majorly 20 board of directors that include well-known tycoon business man. We now have 64 engineers and over 200 office staffs.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) is a association of Nations of 10 countries. The Association of South East Asian Nations which was established in 1967, consists of Brunei,
